Hero Ships/Classes

I'm also planning to do a rank-up version of my Enterprise-D conversion. ( I like seeing it among these FleetOps ships, it deserves a longer chance at life). The current in-game file for her is what I'll use as her Veteran.
I'm also trying to script a new Warp-In weapon so that it will summon a Hero ship at random, and hopefully won't bring in more than one of the same Hero. (Not sure yet if I want there to be more than one Hero ship at a time on the battlefield, even when fully ranked up. Don't think it'll feel right)

That sounds cool. I agree that Galaxy class ships dont have much survivability on the battle field and I always feel sad when one dies. Their textures are just so pretty.
