Yep, it's called "Brain 1.0". Runs on biological hardware (Intel processors are not supported) and comes with it's own operating system. Absolutely Microsoft free. The original developer is some anonymous hacker named "God".

Work's fine, but there are a few bugs. And it's vulnerable to viruses, drugs and alcohol. But if you are careful, you won't suffer many system crashes. The only bad thing is that it needs about 6-8 hours per day on maintenance mode, but that is automated and easy to do.

Yep, know there is new version "Brain 1.5" on the market. But many still use old ones (not me offcourse).

You can also update Brain 1.0 to Brain 1.5 and higher versions with the free addon "Learning". However, the installation will take much time and some of the biological hardware on the market is incompatible to it.
