For B3: Intelligence Center

Salaam!

I think the sabotage ability of the intelligence Center is to strong. I think there are two good ways to solve this:

1. Create a "spy only" avatar wich lock your access to the Tavara class and enables you to build the intelligence center or
2. Increase the price of Sabotage like 75 Energy-Points and 120% Percent of the targeted ship cost or the like.

I believe there was a statement that the power of the intelligence center is to be tweaked with FO 3.0, I forgot where that was... I'll try the forum search. ;)

they already said the intel centre is going 2 be limited 2 warships and eng costs increased +we already have 2 avatars, sry :lol: :P

yep sabotage has increased energy costs and does lower damage in v3. there was a logical mistake in m excel formula calculation the energy costs for special abilities :)

no i think it will be better for balancin issues and fun ingame... :)

but i hope we´ll get some other (or more) special thingys.. :)
