fleetcap and tool tips

hi would it be possible to have it so if a ship is a part of multiple fleetcaps then all cap info can be seen in the tool tip

example code
fleetcap1 =  "all_warpin"
showcap1 = 1 // show cap 1 in tool tip
feetcap2 = "all_veteran"
showcap2 = 1 // show cap 2 in tool tip
feetcap3 = "all_unique"
showcap3 = 0 // do not show cap 3 in tool tip

I think that is planned, which would be especially useful on Mixed-Tech designs and Descents.
