Federation Nice Weapons

Just wondering - is there a way for the Feds to have "nice" weapons within the context of Armada?

For example, the Feds could start a revolution within an enemy ship - Turn half of the crew against the other half?

Feds could even have an entire ship defect.

Any other ideas?

Like computer override in Armada 1 and 2 but permanent?

or a special forces espianoge infiltration sqad to corrupt the minds of the crew of the ship.
