Extra Supply gaining

idea1:
I was tinking. Wouldn't it be great if the other factions also could get extra supplies?
My idea for the federation for example is it to implement the Jupiterstation or something similiar to their side.

This Station will provide the Fed Player with very slow increasing Supplies. It will be very slow but could be still really helpfull especially in longer games. The Jupiterstation could create Holograms like the Voyager Doctor which give you every 10 seconds or so 1 extra supply point. The station itself could be limited to 1 or 2 per player. The amor should be weaker so that it will become a popular raid target same like the Dominion supply mining station. Other factions could get something similiar except Dominion which have it already. And not sure if the borg should get something like that.
Pro:
-Weaker players which are pinned down and limited to the home base moons could get some additional supply points to keep the fleet going a little bit.
-A new extra building for every faction
Contra:
-Not sure how that would affect the balance.
-Some work involved with that.
-Not sure if that would remove the unique feeling for playing with the Dominion.
Idea2: I would wish me back the Transwarp gate for the Borg. Everyone of u know it playing as borg can be really hard. If a game lasts longer and fleets are getting stronger dode spam don't stand much of a chance anymore. Assimilators scubes etc too. Most people in mp gaming are also going straight for cubes when finished logically. Having a transwarp gate back could bring some great unique tactics back like it was in Armada1 & 2. It would be very expensive but could work wonders if some fleets or only 1 or 2 cubes arrive behind the frontlines in an enemy base forcing everyone to retreat.
Pro:
-Could bring back some old fashioned tactics.
Contra:
-Could cause massive unbalanced gameplay
-Could make Borg uber strong.

While I'm not super keen on the specific ideas, I do like that people are thinking up new and interesting ideas for the races. Perhaps the jupiter station could be a cheaper station that can build mining freighters at far off expansions or something.

try making intercept scubes late game and use them as a fast harassing force.

Like I said just some random ideas... It wouldn't be just for for Fed infact it would be for every race... Anyway maybe the devs like that idea maybe not.
In large 3vs3 maps scubes are useless if you ask me.

on a big map scubes are even stronger lol.
On big maps they will take a while to respond to your raid, as their ships will need to fly between locations. So u can stay and sterilise the entire exp of dirty miners.
And your scubes have a long distance to stay at 140 speed and put some distance between them and chasers.

That may be the case in an early game but try the same in an advanced game when there are plenty of fleets active.
Anyway enough offtopic.

works in late game too. the larger the map, the longer it takes for help to arrive. and scubes are really fast, the only things that can keep up are short ranged. if u start running the second the enemy ships fly into range then they have no chance of catching u. if they decloak on you then just run, most likely you will keep all of them, if the fleet is huge you lose 1 scube. if they send loads of help to fight your raid, then you have figured out where a large part of their fleet is, now go use your main force to attack at the other side of their territory.

even then its not too bad, you can be in and out quickly if there is risk. and if they decloak a large fleet on you, then you know where their forces are. so send in the spheres to another place

another tactic is to wait until you know for sure where their fleet is, then send in the scubes. so leave them hanging around near an exp, but out of sensor range, then attack somewhere with your main fleet, and if they are there to respond, your scubes are free to raid.
