Using special energy i have found a way to limit how many torps a starship can have. I figured the Sovereign Class refit for nemesis carries a maximum of 325 photon torpedos and 175 quantum torpedos. Now I just attempted to use the sovvy in battle and the ship ran out of torps fast. now 325 + 175 = 500 which would be 500 special energy points and 1 point for each torp. there's no way i fired 500 torps in a manner of 2 or 3 minutes. does 500 points actually equal 250 or does 1 points actually count for 2? anyone have any ideas? also is there anyway to add a payload of torps. say using two different special energy entries one for 325 and one for 175? Anyone have any thoughts. would be greatly appreaciated.

i think there are a few mods using this idea, just take a look on afc or a2f and look through the mods they have.
