Enamy Spy Cose Damege

my idea is that for the cardaseans make a spehal spy that can be put on bord that dameges enamy vesals.

good idea but that is used for the romulans and they are freakishly annoying.

the romulans have something similar.
it is not yet sure what cardassians will have as special abilities on their vessels, so just wait until we announce cardies for the next version
