this idea is one for giving the old borg Sphere Regeneration special ability to all domian ships but reduse the amont of Regeneration it can do. it will use 100% of special energy. you can say it coverts special energy in to pawer.


exsmaple:

if a ship has 0% shelds and useds this special ability it will get 25%-50% shelds back.

i think the game whood be more fun with more opshons i was not thiking the BC game.. i have not evin played it lol.

what iwas thinking is the roms have cloke the feds all redy are the strongest in v4 the kingons have the best define the borg have tools the cpcher shipsor pepal from ships easy. i thot it whood be nise to give the dom some thing.

well if ships would have emergency power option, i think all ships should have it

bad idea whood make it like BC. but i wonted to give the dom some thing = to the cloking devise this is what i came up with.
