i don't know about the friendlies fireing but the rest of that does seem possible

What was that special weapon the romulans used. I think it turn that enemies ship into a romulan ship and cause then people you used it on to start attacking each other. If you can figure out that then this IS doable. It would just take alot of work...

that was sensor jammer or something or holo projector. i know how it worded bij changing the warp frequency but atleast i know what you mean . the rommie science ship did it

Lol I doubt you can send a ship thats being targeted by every ship around it and the defense stations to a friendly shipyard.
