I would just use the long range transporter to beam from the station to one ship.
Shields must be down.
Maybe one massiv transport of 250 Jem Hadar.
Costs Special Energy or has a cooldown.

This wouldn't be unique enough to call it a special Dominion feature, because the Matrix transport of the Borg is exactly the same, except of the boarding party's/reinforcements amount of Jem'Hadar/Borg.

It seems like long range boarding parties could very easily be overpowered, partly because you could start taking over stations without a good way to stop you.

exactly RedEyedRaven, the Borg (assult / right one) has it starbase with a special super long range transporter, if anything, THIS ability should be for the Dominion. want to stop it, blow up there starbase.
i dont see why the borg would have this at all, in fact, i dont see how the borg could recrew at all. all there ships can magically recrew. i think this is wrong, if anything, the borgs limitation should be troops, you need to get a fleet of auto assimilators, and that is how you get crew for new ships (IMHO)
mine: dilithium, trilithium and the supply and then assimilate crew, enough so, that you can make more ships, but FO seems to have eliminated the crew thing.

Or pretty much every changeling the infiltrated the Alpha Quadrent, before the war, everything they did was underhanded and stealthy.
Enough to make the Tal Shiar proud... who they sabotaged.

Oh yes. And in fact, I felt this was the best point about the Dominion in whole DS9.
Not only were they a terrifying enemy when the war eventually started, but they were smart enough to set it up in a way that gives them not only the best starting position in many ways but also quite a lot of influence in the Alpha quadrant (regarding the fact they were unknown until then and not threatening war to everyone right from the start).

If I am correct, the Dominion redo will feature some sneakiness being added. Mostly though, gigantic tank force is what you should expect
. Romulans will stay as the foremost intelligence power.

Honestly, I think the Borg should have a Collective Connections feature (an expensive one...like 10/10 or 9/10) - Adapt Transporters. Allowing them to beam drones through the shields (like they did so often). It lacks the immobility of the Holding Beam, but doesn't burn through thousands of special energy to steal a ship.
Boarding, yes, does this. Except it requires that they already be down at least one crewman, and further, consumes energy with a cooldown, and scales boarding size for sudden massive assault. I'm just talking about 'the transporter now ignores shields, for your slow, slow, slow assimilation desires.'
