Dominion Energy dissipator

Is it possible that the Breen avatar could give the Jem'Hadar Bugship a lesser version of the energy dissipator?

After the Breen joined, they started adding that tech to all their ships (though, I doubt suggesting that would go down well...).

I know, I'm talking about putting a lesser version on the bugship. Just like was seen on the show.
