Defense Stations

In the general section, we were talking about defense strategies. Allot of people think turrets are obselite, but what if you made it possible to tractor them? Also, I think it would be cool to have some  kind of shield generator station for one of the races. That way the enemy would have to take it out before it could go after your other stations.

Very interesting. Sounds like Federation tech to me. Plus, it brings the Aegian to mind.
