Defense Refit for Rom Transmitter

They don't fire automatically, but telling them to makes them work normally. I've been doing that with every turret that won't fire.

Ok then, so you can fire on the arty ship. I'm sure with the -3 offense, and likely only one turret in range, you'll do loads of damage compared to what the arty can do to your turret. Personally, I would just rather ignore the turret and not bother using artillery on it so I don't waste any of my firepower.

Depending on how you set them up, you can easily have multiple hitting together. I mentioned 'lesser of two evils' because neither is that promising, but I'd rather weaken the enemy to make it easier for the fleet to do its job than do nothing at all.
