De-verbose the passive explanations

Post ideas and suggestions on new features or improvements here.

Generally, passives have one, maybe two main points, a boost vs something and a vulnerability vs something. However, the tooltips for the passives are paragraphs of text explaining/justifying the passive. After reading the explanation once, I never feel the need to read it again - I just want effect of the passive because I'm reading it to remember what it was.

Might I suggest that either:
* The tooltips' text was distilled down to the specific effects of the passive (take out all the other stuff)
OR
*  Give the key points (the specific effects) a different color (orange) so they stand out more.

If the tooltips were to be changed, I'd go with the second option. You cannot have Star Trek without its technobabble explanations, it just doesn't work.

Agreed, I hate having to wade thru a paragraph to find out the counter for some random ship. I think orange might be the wrong color tho, maybe do blue for damage reduction from, and red for damage increase to.

EDIT:two/to typo, never done that homophone mix up before.

I'd support the highlighting if necessary - but definitely not the removal. That contributes to the atmosphere of the game, just like all the other descriptions :)

Maybe having a techno-babble section and a section with the numbers would be good. Make it somewhat like the standard weapon tool-tips.
