not sure who they are being replaced by, but yes the dominion are in V3, as are the iconians & the Ciaden (spelling off perhaps ). so take your pick of which one replaces the noxter, but i doubt that anyone is going to make way for the noxter when they return (unless one of the new races proves to be buggy as well) more likely they will return as an additional race.

Iconians!?! Do you guys have any templates to work off of, or are you just making it up as you go? And who the heck are the Ciaden??? I assume an original race, but if not, where were they first introduced? And if they ARE original, where did the inspiration come from?

In v3 there will be no Iconians or Ciadan. Only Feds,Roms, Klingons, Borg and Dominion.
But Dominion will not REPLACE the noxter, its just that the noxter will take a break in v3 and come back in v4.
That should be a good enough anwser

And Ciadan are made up yes, Iconians are some ancient supposably extinkt race

There IS some basis on the Iconians, though. They DID come back. (If you want more info read the Gateways series)
