Damaged engines = very slowed (but some) movement

Post ideas and suggestions on new features or improvements here.

Random idea (just to have it): Allow ships with damaged engines to move at 10-20% speed, with movement incurring more damage. A ship that damages engines via movement to 100% would destroy the engines. 1% repair = 10% speed, 99% repair = 20% movement.

I think having engines "destroyed" reducing speed to 10% of normal would be a very cool thing :).  Maybe some variation to actually DESTROY them completely vs. damaged into a slower speed could be worked in :).

That should be possible I think, since in Stock A2 warp drive didn't work when the status of the engines got lower than 60%. It would make escaping for fast ships more risky and players would think over their fleet composition and split-ups twice.

i think that having the engine subsystem destroyed should mean no engines, but having them damaged to below 50% should mean slower speed.
