Crew increase for small yard Romulans

Since Romulans are lacking a good LR counter in the smal yard and teching up is very costly I would like to see an increase of crew to 200 for the generix (not spectre). That way it can be used to counter Auto Assims which are a pain for Roms atm.

Helev can build Griffins which can fulfil the role. But I guess Mijural could get serious problems if she doesn't tech up to her beloved warbirds soon. Well, I guess the Romulans will get some kind of Generix with higher crew compliment like the old spectre.

giving the base generix the large crew would be pretty nasty for borg. it already has huge torp dps. so an assim player wont have many options. if their assim fails to work they cant really switch anywhere else. anything big will die. and the gens will already have enough numbers to get kills on scubes by then. i definitely think another ship should get large crew. maybe make griffin for both avatars. and give another ship just to helev. maybe give him a unique generix refit. i just think the griffin is so mainstream useful that both avatars would be able to make it. it seems like the griffin is kinda like an akira, a workhorse for the fleet.

the Griffin is a fine response to assim borg, I don't think Romulans need anything new there.

If Mijurial is facing assim, she basically has no choice but to tech straight to warbirds.  If she can make it, the assim player can't use assimilators very well and must resort to scubes and adaptors.  Neither of them are in a happy place in this situation, but I think the borg have the upper hand.

Of course, my suggestion that the Warbird yard be able to produce rhienns and generix would fix this problem...

Just one yard for the Roms seems to be a cool idea. Could make switching strats easier and to prevent early game Warbird spam the research could be reworked somehow
