Construction Issues While Being Guarded

Is it possible to have something hard coded that will tell the ships guarding the construction ship to get the heck out of the way instead of preventing the construction of a new item? It is nice to be able to have a couple of ships guard a construction ship and tell it to traverse to a point on the map and then build an item, but if it is being guarded those ships are always in its path and therefore halt construction.
Would it not make sense to have the construction of the item override the order to guard command, or at least have the guarding ships move out of the way or yield to the construction of the new item.
I seem to remember when constructing turrets real close together using to different construction ships, occasionally one of the ships will start on a new turret and not be completely out of the way. When the turret is finished the ship is bumped out of the way.
Is something like this possible for the guarding ships as well?

I've had this same issue but with the contruction ship getting in its own way. or the way of other constructors. I always thought it was lame because the construction ship can be farther away and still deploy worker bees. But it always tries to get as absolutely close as possible. Sometimes even getting stuck on a row of turrets or other object and not proceeding with construction when all it had to do was deploy the bees from where it was... UGH!

Personally you should have it where it would just lauch the bees, they build, and return. The constructor could be about medium distance.
But I wondered if it is possible to have multiple constructions coming form the same build ship at the same time.
Which also reminds me... should the bees be shrunken down? Because I really get bothered how when doing a close up where the bees are as big as their storage tube on the Feds builder making them all scruntched together. I think they shouldn't even be as big as the bussards on the sovy's nacelle.

All good points I think
@Gamer: I believe the welding arcs and, hopefully by extension, the Bees will be redone soon.

Does that include removing them from some Stations? If you went by FO, you'd think Starfleet only has 1 type of Auxillary craft...
