I just played a game as Borg again, and decided to write something.
Theyre very strong but its annoying to play and your ships wont get better, especially when you know the other races ships rank up. It wont fit to the Borg if every single vessel would level up, but the whole collective should. Maybe a very small global bonus for every rank (5 ranks like the other races), as the collective gets stronger and stronger with every defeated ship.
