close up camera

was wondering is there a way of moving the close up movable camera up and down?
all i seem to be able to do is rotate and zoom
if not then this would be useful as this would make screen capture a lot easier.

Currently the only way of doing this is entering cinematic mode (hitting capslock).

i use the button at top right which i assume is the same thing.

is there a plan to make the camera height adjustable, (say holding shift and pressing the up or down arrow keys or something similar) in future?

Yes, a more maleable camera is planned in the future, on low todo
