Cloak Repair Button

Hm, why would you want to have multiple hotkeys for the same ability however?  (I assume you mean something like having either or hotkeys, where you can have shift+c and ctrl+c both cause cloaking)

So one can have standard cloak, and then combine repair and cloak into another for retreating.

Exactly.  Still, thanks for the link Dom.  I'll take a look, maybe I'll find something that works better for me, maybe not.
