CHEATER!

All right, anyone who knows the Armada Series cheats will probably be wondering whether they work on FleetOps or not, the answer is yes.

Although, if you try it the Main Computer of the Faction you're playing as will get snappy and call you cheater.

Whose crazy idea was it to do that and how can I disable that feature?

You can just remove the wav file if you really don't like that  - other cheats that are NOT from the original game, by the way, are listed in the guide

You guys put in extra cheats?

The .wav file can be found in the activision/fleetops/data/sounds/voiceover/cheater.wav

I had a list of all the cheats(I found them in a .dll file)

But there are also hotkeys too that could be considered cheating.  like Alt + V, and ctrl + E.

ctrl+E will activate the map edditor so you can add ships and stuff. I have no idea what alt+V does

Was 'cine' the code that gets ride of all the UI on screen? I really can't remember that handy code...

Because I've only cheated to get "Hero ships" (level one Intrepid/Defiant/Sovereign to veteran and then edit it's stats and give it Canon crew and then change it's name to USS Voyager, or Defiant or Enterprise-E), and the voice makes me guilty

If you want Hero ships, I think think that Martox is working on a pretty neat set of Hero Ships.  thay have a cool race specific glow and everything.  you should PM him about them.  I'm sure e would be gad to know someone wants them.
