Can there be more of them?

Can there be more mixtech designs? I like seeing a nice varierty of ships soley designed through direct influence of other races.

I wouldn't mind one for each Mixed-Tech yard, it shouldn't throw off the mixed-tech.

As far as I understand Optec has said he'd like to put more mixed-tech designs into the game.  However it seems like that will have to come in a later patch as the next one will be focused around Interface and subsystem improvements with Balance as well.

  But he did say he was looking into the Mixed-tech question and thinking of re-tooling it a little bit .

yep mixed-tech will be changed in one of the next patches and extended with a bunch of new and interessting features and vessels
