Camera Roation

I dont know if this has been brought up, it most likely has, but is is possible to mod the game engine to rotate the camera at odd angles? Im sure this has been thought of and most likely a hardcoded limitation but I just wanted to throw the idea out there. It would make the game more cinematic and add a lot of spice for observer recorded matches.
