Burst Photons

You already have burst Quantum torpedos during the first few seconds of a battle with a Sovern or Excelsior II class, but how about giving that ability to all Federation ships with burst Photon torpedos in the star trek series/movies?

Lemme see, the ships with the ability are the Saber, Akira, Steamrunner, Nebula, Galaxy, and Sovern. Sovern is so-so since it already has the burst Quantum torpedos.

This could spicen up the Feds if you guys havin problems with Feds being weak or some balance.

i think the feds already got enough rebalanced for v3.0 and wouldn't it be boring to have this special ability on nearly all fed vessels?

It wouldn't be a special ability...it's already on pretty much every fed ship...

i agree the feds like rapid fire torps because they only have two types of weapons i think,photons and Quantum torpedos.

also the akira needs a torp launcher in all the times i have seen the akira on movies or shows it fires torps (anyway its your desision your the best moding team around after all )

It wouldn't be a special ability...it's already on pretty much every fed ship...

i think it would be better as a special ability.... cause it would be a bit strange to see all the ships firin everytime wit a burst...

Well KLOK, they already do...seems hard for everyone to grapple this but he already said no so whatever.
