right i think ive asked this before but can not remember could it be possible to extend on the dominion prototype -> mass prodce build system so that it has several tiers. this could be usefull for research (3+ levels of system research tackin up on space or having retrofits replacing old classes of ships (eg. excel->Lakota->excel II).

Ah I love this idea!
As in tier one bomber: builds one at a time... tier 2: builds two at a time...
Mass production!

wow, i love this idea, very nice for upgrading ships
