Bringing back the cease fire upon game startup.

Never happened to me before... Actually, I never actually saw them aside from then my scout flew through their base.

The CF has one problem, and only one; Warp-In doesn't work.

Maybe interntional? It's a distress call, when you aren't fighting it is unlikely starfleet is gonig to request additional asistance.

It has a line of code saying it should overrule the Cease Fire...

ok, will put that on todo. it's not intended that way. all options to build or upgrade vessels should be available with cease fire enabled

I think many things that involves the replaceweapon doesn't work under cease-fire Doca. If I remember correctly, Rhienns and other vessels can't be upgraded as well:)

They can't under cloak either, whether this is intentional or not.

Those 'Upgrades' and other Replaceweapon things are Special Weapons and require the Weapons to be active, Cloak disables weapons.

That's a side-effect of the way it always was.

refits and some other stuff is now available while cloaked ^-^
