Borg Supplies idea.

I had an idea. The current supplies thing with the Borg seems like too much stations you have to build to get a good income. so i thought why not have the incubation center researched(not called research more like integrated ) on the assimilation matrix just like the yards on the Klingon ship yard. (this is not a one big station idea) just the incubation center. and have it be upgradeable like 5 times to where you have a good flow of supplies. each upgrade would cost more to keep balance but this seems a lot more Borg like than the current system.
