Borg scout ship

Could the Borg get their canon scout ship from TNG? It was cube-shaped, had a crew of 5 and assessed unassimilated races. Essentially a mini-SCube, with a ridiculous mass.

It could be an alternate counterpart of the Detector intended specifically for the adaption process instead of scouting. Something like scanning a ship to get a Partial Adaption-like effect towards that race.

It could also slow down the enemies by generating a gravity field, which would help assimilation.

Considering the command cube we would even have 4 . How about making it avatar specific? One gets the detector, the other one... detection-cube .

Could use some anti-beaming (TNG Borg EM fields, anyone?) for those 5 drones.

There's been talk of the same thing for the Detector, so one with an even smaller crew would certainly benefit from the ability.
