Borg regeneration

At this time the borg are very well done.
to add to their perfection, I would request that we have a regen rate increase when the borg is out of combat.
This will be along the lines of what we see in TNG and Voyager, where the borg go into regeneration cycles to repair a damaged ship.
I would recommend that we have borg rates increase as the borg ship is out of combat for say 10-15 secs. I see this as synchronous in functionality to the romulan fire rate when opening battle and then staying out for x secs.
The exact rate of increase can be determined by the mods.
Also, this rate will extend to assimilated ships. Not just borg vessels.

You have a button called 'regeneration'. While this time, only propulsion and sensors are active.
Weapons are shut down, special energy cant be used, transporters wont function and so on. In this 'status' you offensive value is zero and your defensive value is decreased to 50%. BUT, the hull reg-rate will be 5 times faster than normal.

My first thought on seeing the weapon that they all already have - the one that removes things like gravity mines - was that it would do exactly the above. But alas, the tooltip disagreed...

So yeah, that would be very cannon. But perhaps for the sake of balance it should on;y be available to something with two regen. modules (or does something like that exist already? I have a sneaking suspicion it does...)?
Or better still, it has the same restriction as re-crewing and can't be used while in combat.

you should be able to do it using similar coding to what the team uses for the romulans increased rate of fire feature.
