Sounds a bit like the V'Ger encounter in Star Trek - the motion picture (1979 one), or the Sudden Strike menu music (***  )

next version features an updated multimedia pack with some new/replaced soundtracks.
licensing problems aside, this st:legacy borg soundtrack could be too fast paced to fit an rts game. maybe would work if armada had dynamic sound tracks (battle music etc), maybe something for the future.

The current BOBW Borg soundtrack is absolutely awesome. No change needed, especially not to generic videogame menu music.
