Borg idea: flexibility the Collective way.

Once again, a sudden idea comes to me while the Borg redo is underway
, but I have to say this idea:
Allow Borg vessels (maybe requiring the Recycling Center) to decommission for 75% resources back (all except CC).
I know it sounds crazy but think about it, the Borg suffer from inflexibility because of their low numbers. The enemy can switch ships quickly and counter whatever the borg have, without any chance of the borg player keeping up. So allow the borg player to "morph" his fleet to react to being countered.
Since the resources gained are 75%, there is still a loss involved, not to mention the Collective Connections are completely lost and must be regained over time. This way rushing to bigger ships has a serious price tag attached in Resistance is Futile or higher node levels, but developing the fleet gradually is much more effective. In early game, a damaged scube can be decommed and a new one built, as an expensive version of repair. After all, what the Borg cannot use, they reclaim.
Borg players would be able to field more scubes early game without the fear of them becoming useless when the first vorcha or T-15 hits the field, but at the same time there are advantages to not building the scubes and heading straight for bigger things.
Ideas? Comments? Flames?

i agree that the borg could use some flexibility to avoid counters.
a prime example is borg v fed. they spam intreps u make a dodeca, they switch to mons, now your dodeca will auto target the mon and do half damage. its not worth trying to counter the enemy as borg sometimes.
im not sure what i think of decomming for large amounts of money though.

I hope to bring more flexibility and spice with the Borg redo. I don't think, however, that a high recycling rate sounds very borgy. They tend to now throw away anything
