Borg adaptation - suggestion

We dont want to give a mixed-tech based option to all Borg Vessels, as this would emphasize mixed-tech for them to much - yea i know mixed-tech is something that is Borgy, but we have other things in mind to underline Assimilation. I think an improvement to the Adaptors Module is possible, yep

Now you might think that the Borg get a bit lost, as they do not gain experience and don't get Veteran units. Well, we are working on a new exciting feature for them, too. We will present and discuss it in the next newspost!

There was this, from a few weeks ago

Yep as the lines say, they will get a new feature too, but its not related to veterans or experience
Yep we delayed it a bit as its not yet completely implemented. but you will read about it before the 3.0.6 release
