Bait ability

I would like to see a ship special for some Romulan and/or Klingon ships. Basically it is an ability used to lay traps.
It could work as follows for Romulans:

The ship (bait) produces a wrong signature allowing it to look like a constructor or freighter and disables all weapons for x sec. A number of friendly ships within medium range get a damage bonus for y sec once the bait is destroyed.


Here is a different example for Klingons:

The ship (bait) loses 75% of its shields and hull making it auto targeted earlier. Once the ship is destroyed a random enemy ship within medium range is captured by a Klingon boarding crew.

I like the train of thought.   Also would be neat if the ship might be just able to beam a sizable boarding party through shields.

I just think it would be cool if 1 ship got the ability to look like a constructor or miner, and they you would be able to set your own ambushes.
