Avatar + Mixed Bonuses

Would it be balanced and/or reasonable to have avatar / mixed race bonuses stack? An example would be the female Klingon avatar and Borg regeneration tech on the B'rel...

we thought about that, but as Mixed-Tech is currently implemented we can not stack them due to balancing reasons.
However some changes to mixed-tech are planed for the future, and we will reevaluate it again, if i had to make a guess, i would say that you will see stacking bonuses in the future

Thought so: some of the ships would get very powerful. As it is now, you kinda have to make a choice whether or not a particular mixed tech unit is useful for the avatar.

I've always been disappointed of how I can't get a mixed tech ship with all the things the Avatar grats to the unmixed version.
