Some borg assimilate helping ideas

Idea: Auto-transport on assimilate beam stripping crew (toggle-able)

Idea: Auto-transport on shields down (toggle-able)



Idea: Give all races a auto-balance crew transport button (button available on group select, also shift+T hotkey). Auto-Transports until all crew levels are an equal crew level (i.e. green, yellow, red).

these modifications means, no more transporter wars - which helps the borg against cloak races in early game... >.>;

also the first idea, the b8 gets stuck sometimes when it uses that ability... if an assim gets it it will most likely be stuck in some odd angle... (since b8 gets stuck in strange positions)
