Asthetics... more names for Civil units

Hello, I believe it is more of an Aesthetic request than a feature request. I was hoping that maybe we could have more names. More specifically in the Civil and smaller units. Especially in the Dominion, I believe that there must only be a few labels listed (can't say names because it is all the same). Because it only takes a few civil units before you start getting the letter suffixes. And I personally am not a fan of those because it means that I am basically cloning ships.

I ususally experience these with freighters for the most part since I produce a whole lot of them. I was wondering if maybe freighters can be assigned an Operation number (basically a serial number that changes along with its change of service). After all the Dominion would often have so many units that they'd just number them.

For instance, standard mining freighters would get the letter "M" followed by a three digit number. Some examples would be "M-126", "M-078", "M-533", "M-711", "M-433" and so on. Supply freighters would have a letter "S" followed by a two digit number (since you usually would not have that many supply miners on the map). Some examples may be "S-29", "S-71", "S-33", "S-41".

The Dominion is not the only race that may have this issue, just it is the one that most distinctly has it.

Supply Frieghters (which should be buildable) are the only ones I have that problem with, especially when refitting. Building freighters or swaping between mining/construction freighters works fine. Doing something about that would be appreciated (but low priority).

On the subject of names, why have Borg ships changed to Vessel XXX? It's not like the canon Cube/Sphere/ect XXX hurt gameplay...
