Assim Borg miner: munch on ships/stations

Just a random idea: the assim borg miners can attack/mine an opponents ships and stations. The mining rate is relatively small. Also small damage. (not that they need it, just for more distinction and lore wise it could be supported.. maybe)

Heck all five of the miners try to do it anyways...you're half way there already so why not go all the way? lol

Wasn't there a cutting-beam ability like that once-upon-a-stock?  There's a mining upgrade for you
Harvester beam.

It's the only thing other races ships are good for, after all.  They're just really little ore deposits.
