Artillery Steamrunner as map unit

When the Steamrunner is given a new role, can the artillery version be left in as a map unit? Only so anyone who likes that version can add it into their personal game with passives and such still in effect.

I think the current plan is to remove it entirely from the artillery list, and all it would take is not changing the SteamrunnerA version.
