Nah ... too left-field.  Things like system and weapons trading should be left to mixed tech only.

I think three different ships based on K'T'Inga including herself are enough. We have the Topmey, able to become the K'T'Inga itself and her successor already ingame.
There would be no improvement at all, senseless additions are not what the devs really do. The only ship suggested in this thread, being a not too pointless addition would really be the Qang. Vor'cha _could_ use something like a successor, the BoP does have more than one, too.

Edit: To make the last sentence make some sense:
We have the K'T'Inga successor which can't get any better as it is and we have specialised successors of the bird of prey, so we would rather need something for Vor'cha or Negh'Var, and because the Negh'Var is already a flying fortress, I would vote for a Vor'cha successor. The Qang is perfect suited for that.

Personally I think we already have enough Klingon vessels - I'd wait until next patch before saying we need another

I think there still is some room for a little addition, but only if it's not as pointless as another BoP or K'T'Inga type. I like things to be added, if they really add something to the game itself. A Vor'cha successor would at least underline the klingons using a wide arsenal of aging and current vessels all together.

Edit: If I think about this a little more game-specific, I guess klingons would like to have some kind of heavier cruiser armed with pulse weapons. Vut'pa and lvl6-Negh'Var are a little few of pulsearmed cruisers to be really klingon
