Animated map backgrouds!

I think it would be awesome if the devs could have animated map backgrounds, and maybe even some animated starfeild patterns like some stars could be strobing (slowly dimming and brightening).

What do you guys think?

hm, should be possible already, as you can use sod files as map backgrounds
