Ai usage of mixed tech

Currently I've never seen the ai build mixed tech yards. A bit of a shame.

I know FO is meant for online play, but f you folks can add a couple of lines to the AI for mixed tech units it'd be great.

I think they are working on getting the AI to use Mixed-tech.

It will take more than a few lines, though. Which yard/units you get changes depending on what race you ally with or take a constructor from (this second one could happen at anytime during a game, which just causes more AI problems).

I guess I don't understand how AI works very well, but couldn't they just say capture cunstruction ship, then build the station.  It would have to be a secondary anomaly, but I guess the lines required for that don't exist.

the problem is that the ai follows a build list and if they dont meet the requirements for their build list it just sits there and does nothing.
