Admiral's Log

After a long game I do like a good log! I like the timeline view is there anyway of adding to it?

I was thinking, could snapshots of the mini-map (without shroud/fog) be taken at intervals (5/10 mins) and then displayed? If you are playing with shroud/fog on against several AI opponents, you never get to see what mischief is happening.

I actually use the Admiral's log quite frequently myself.

I have a couple of questions:

1) I have noticed that although I have eliminated every opponent AI vessel and structure on the map sometimes the number of vessels 'lost' is not the same as the number of vessels 'fielded' Does the AI de-commision ships? Otherwise I can't think of what would account for this discrepancy.

2) I sometimes see 'unknown' in the entry in the Admiral's log for a lost ship. Why does this happen? After all something has to have destroyed the ship...?

The Admiral's Log is very buggy and has been for quite some time - it's on low priority to do for fix up though

Sometimes, ship I take don't get coulnted as lost because they are mine and count towards my losses instead.

Doesn't it already say that the Ferengi got their grubby mitts on your ships?
