Admiral LEWITT: Fourth or third federation avatar

Hi. I think there is a typo on the United Federation of planets information guide. There is a section which tails about the next federation avatar. I.e. Admiral Lewitt. Thats the avatar who will be the sneaky one using incursion ships. The text names the admiral as the fourth avatar but there's only two. So shouldn't Lewitt be the third avatar. Unless there's a third I missed? Seem to remember a forum discussion talk about a avatar from the Federations shadow organization (section 51 if I remember my star trek cannon). However I wasn't sure if that one was an official idea from the developers or just something being discussed.

3rd is going to be janeway, she's still in DQ in fleetops time so she can only be chosen against borg, but she's invented ablative armour and transphasic torps.

I would sure love that, but I thought the devs timeline starts before they get back. Endgame never happened. But i certainly wouldn't complain.

I would sure love that, but I thought the devs timeline starts before they get back. Endgame never happened. But i certainly wouldn't complain.

that's what i said

janeway is still in DQ because fleetops doesn't want to deal with the new mary sue technology introduced in endgame. feds would be so op with transphasic torps and armour from over a decade in the future.

she invented those techs originally when voyager didn't get help from a future janeway, ie voyager stayed in the DQ and needed tech to fight borg.

sadly this doesn't account for the fact that voyager still made it home before fleetops starts even without help from future janeway, but then the devs can write their own story where harry kim accidentally the warp core and blows the ship up before it gets home.

Can you imagine every Intrepid boosted to Voyager Endgame standard. Ouch x3

end game voyager would be a good map object to have for future fan made missions.

Yes, I remember something like that too. Heavily watered-down, of course (though even the canon one was hardly invincible, against the Borg at least)

I don't think Janeway would ever be allowed to be the 'ship commander' kind of Admiral, just the paperwork one; the high number of insane Admirals implies promotion is how Starfleet deals with people they don't trust in command.
