Underpowered units and abilities in 3.1.1

Well ,we already have a topic in which we discuss overpowerd things. 
Why dont we discuss now about things we never use and why they should be improwed! i almost never see certain techs and ships being used in online games.

Lol nice to see someone taking an interest!! 
I'm pretty sure that the Devs are fully aware of what needs to be adjusted by now. They have a number of us throwing tantrums and harassing them constantly about ships like the Vup'ta, B-8, Cho'naq ...
Also given that most races will be getting a full redo soon it's REALLY hard to figure out what needs to be changed now
. A couple of us have decided it might be best to sit tight and wait for the next patch 
.
