What does the feature "perfect logistics" actually do?

Check on the Unit Analysis for the Borg in the guide if you are asking the real question  . If you are asking why is it so useless... well, Optec promised that he'll take a look at it

To put the quetion accurate. This does not just happen as the miners are mining (like an advanced miner), it happens all the time even if these collectors are just parked somewhere on the map?

I think so.  I've been meaning to test that, but I think that's how it works.  One way to find out would be to do a free tech game and build some miners but don't mine, then purchase the upgrade and see how much you get in about 5 min while it sits there.

It's in the guide now . Generates resources regardless if they are mining or not. Takes 10 minutes to recoup the funds roughly (if you upgraded all four).
