I've got nanites in my pants!

I was playing with nanites, the subsystem disabling effect is great! :thumbsup:  But the damage seems really high.  Since there norway's aoe damage is incorrect, I was wondering if this was the case with nanites, as well.  I had a mage cube (2 tac, 1 regen, 3 holding) spaming nanites everytime the cooldown was up, and had them all near the AI's starbase.  The base and the surrounding structures lost health really fast.  It's always really hard to balance aoes, they either seem to weak or too strong.  Right now it feels a little too strong. :blush:

Nanites have always wrought a lot of havoc. I think that damage increase was implemented to balance the fact that they no longer disturb the UI. which I am in favor of this because it probably means I will lose less ships to the borg now as opposed to before when I wasn't able to micro manage properly because the UI wouldn't stop shaking.  :thumbsup:

You'll probably lose more, quaddmgtech.  The system disabling thing is really wreaks havoc on a fleet.  You'll end up shooting less, and energy heavy cubes have a lot more armor, so they can take more punishment while killing your fleet. :blush:

I'd love the Nanites if I played as Borg, unfortunately I tend to play as Romulan or Federation, so tend to be subjected to Nanites instead  :(
