Federation miners might be overpowered! (mixed tech)

We all know how over powered the Federation is when it comes to everything, so why should they get a 25% capacity on miners!!!!!! According to my calculations it only takes about 4-5 minutes with these miners to regain the resources back for the mixed tech and research! Warpins are already free so why would the Feds need an increase in resource gain!!!!!!  Please Devs! You have to nerf this!

Oh and does anyone know if there's a sarcastic smile for the message icon?

I was thinking that the mixed tech miners should be an upgrade of the miners built at the starbase.  Push a button, and they're upgraded!
