Cho’naQ-class: any use?

does anyone of you know a use for it?
it does laughable damage and it can only shoot 6-7 seconds long.
Also:Dominus, in your guide is written energy BUGGER and not buffer

What tyler said, plus with its sp ability it can fire for a much longer duration.

is it the one with the impulse disruptor? IMO it's a waste of resources, a vorcha is much much better, has stronger hull, better shields and stronger attack and also gains a photon torp when promoted

Fixed!

Yes, it is sorta cruddy in my opinion. The Energy Buffer really does improve the amount of damage it can deal... and with the speed upgrades, it isn't half bad. However, who the heck gets there anyway. I prefer to use BortaS as my long range support when I get to that point... IE triggering the Ion Storm in the midst of enemy forces, then forcing them to cross it to get to me  >:D

I never use BortaS Class, I find them to be useless. Especially that ridiculous Ion storm.

I use the Cho'naQ sometimes, but normally in groups of about 4-6.

Both the BortaS and the ChonaQ are getting some redos, exspecially the effect of energy buffer will be made more interessting to compliment the klingon arsenal, and ionstorm and attack probe will get some interessting twists. I wont to increase the profile of some Klingon vessels
